Destiny For Strikes Why No Weekly Matchmaking

Destiny Matchmaking Is Terrible For Weekly Strikes

8 Sep Many Destiny players are chomping at the bit to get access to the game's hardest challenge at the moment, and that's in the new Nightfall Strike that's been released for the launch of Destiny 2. While you'll need to be at least a level to access the Strike, right now many people are having the same. 2 Oct So I'm in a familiar place – I'm playing Destiny and all the gear I get from normal strikes, missions, PVP is lower level than the gear I have, and so I have to play Nightfall or the only RAID in the game at my hookuptime.me is no RAID matchmaking for. The forthcoming update for 'Destiny' will introduce mandatory matchmaking to the Weekly Heroic Strike, meaning no fireteams will head into the experience short- handed.

Nightfall Strike Matchmaking issues? : destiny2

Why is there no matchmaking for Nightfall and Raids? That way, if we want to jump on and try our luck with some randoms, it's just a button click away, just here the Strikes.

It makes no sense to force players to go via a 3rd party. But the fact that those 3rd party sites exist, and so many people use them, shows that people are happy to do the events with randoms.

No game like this forces you to use a third party website just to play content you freaking paid for! Some of the groups on the also have clans, so you can join there and not play with strangers. These guided groups are generally not having much success. Take a minute to review our Code of Conduct before submitting your post. I'm surprised most people's sanity is still in tact after playing Destiny.

So why not just put matchmaking on all events in the game, and save us the trouble? I would not want it to auto-fill my party if someone drops. But I want an option, to fill my group automatically if I happen to be on my own, or I need 1 or link more for my raid.

Just join the lfg, and it auto-matches you with other people who have similar gear level and experience to you, if possible. Just like strikes do now. Comment Reply Start Topic. It should be optional and the reason they or we, i should say are noobs! I played go here 1 for over a 2 years I only complete 3 raids in that time.

I would do the weekly nightfall with my housemate but he hasn't bought destiny 2. So you got some explaining to do. I agree that this should be an option.

First point of playing with strangers you may get an asshole has never used LFG because I've gotten many assholes on there as well. Unless you have 5 people ready to dedicate an hour plus to a raid that you personally know you run the risk of someone dropping out. Even if you have people you know they can drop out, unfortunately that is the chance that gamers take. I would not oppose to Raids being 3 man fireteams that's more realistic to obtain.

I also agree that Nightfalls should have matchmaking. The fact that to play high end missions Bungie forces you to get other players is embarrassing. Cause there is this thing called the Internet that hosts sites like Facebook, LFG, destiny companion recruitment I would much rather bungie focus on new content rather than matchmaking for the nightfall.

Then you get stuck with scrubs who run off farming mats while you complete the nightfall and then they get the only exotic drop There is absolutely no reason for there not to be.

I agree with match making- let us jump in and play - I'm starting to recruit guardians from forum - but wouldn't have to if we had match making. Because it's against Bungle's "philosophy". Whatever the heck that means. I suspect that it means their programmers aren't good enough to implement it. No matchmaking for raids. Why No Matchmaking For Weekly Strikes Destiny optional for nightfall wouldn't be a bad idea.

Because no one wants to play with noobs. Because Bungie are scrubs who have lost touch with the playerbase. Cause bungie isn't up to Why No Matchmaking For Weekly Strikes Destiny with technology anymore. Hopefully they'll finish college before destiny 2. I dont get it either. Dont want to play with randoms?

Destiny 2: When Will Nightfall Strike & Raid Matchmaking in Guided Games Begin?

Dont want to help new players? Its a simple concept. No game like this forces you to use a third party website just to play content you freaking paid for! It took my near eight months just to find two player to play with let alone a full raid team.

Lfg isn't as easy as people think because im not light with a spindle and grimoir score of a billion etc. And even then we dont get a full team. Some people need omm, its a reality. Dont want to use it? It boggles the mind how some people dont want something in the game that helps a lot of people and has ZERO effect on their game play experience.

And no one can come up with a viable reason why not to have it in. And "because" isn't a answer. Good post dude, people need to see this. For the raid however, I'm not so sure. The excuses from bungie on why it won't happen look particularly dumb with how well it works in the division.

Bungie should be ashamed. I won't even have to read down the thread to know the responses. Joined a second clan when HoW made clans pretty much irrelevant and dissolved my first clan. My job is now busy enough I don't have a dedicated time to play even IF I found a clan to join.

Why No Matchmaking For Weekly Strikes Destiny jump on when I can and play as long as I can. Now, I understand and believe raids are out of the question for matchmaking for me.

I wouldn't want to go through that with no mics and strangers, but if others want to, it should click to see more their choice. What I don't source is the resistance to matchmaking Nightfall. We already have that in essence in quest lines.

Strikes leveled up to 41 and 42 are part of existing quest lines, and they are matchmade. Heck, finished a quest a couple of weeks ago with the S. I understand people who don't want to be forced to matchmake, and I agree, it should be optional.

In my opinion, matchmaking is not the answer. The solution would be for the social spaces to have bulletin boards where players can post requests for raids, PoE, ToO, etc.

Why No Matchmaking For Weekly Strikes Destiny

The bulletin boards would have the criteria for speed runs high light levels, experience, etcSherpas, etc. The also needs an instant fire team joining mechanism. Say you are on patrol killing Taken champions, to stay with the group you need to friend each other an go to orbit to get back to the action in the place you started.

Using a script or add-on that scans GameFAQs for box and screen images, overloading our search engine Running a "scraper" or "downloader" program that either does not identify itself or uses fake headers to elude detection Using a badly configured or badly written browser add-on for blocking content Overusing our search engine with a very large number of searches in a very short amount of time If you promise to stop by clicking the Agree button belowwe'll unblock your connection for now, but we will immediately re-block it if we detect additional bad behavior. I know I wouldn't want to be grouped up with random people that most likely suck. I would not oppose to Raids being 3 man fireteams that's more realistic to obtain. Lfg isn't as easy as people think because im not light with a spindle and grimoir score of a billion etc.

Patrol fire teams should allow up to 6 players to join. At this point, there would be no one to matchmake with. Because you'll get stuck with people with mics. Maybe you'll get stuck with people who just don't move and waste of time. Maybe people will vote to kick you when there friends come online. I for one I dont mind helping click here when I have time but when I'm on time limit and just want get it done and you're match made with crap players I'll have no intention to stick around and Ill just leave.

Why not raid to 3 and matchmaking? Because you would be playing with little kids or that dumb person playing music on there mic.

If they could have match making that puts people in a lobby before starying the game, tyen that'll work for raids. Easier to screen on the fourms then match make, the 4 people wtha mic go back to orbit, the 4 decide if they even want to play with each other, then the remaining 2 stuck finding a whole new group.

All while constantly have to go through ship loadig screens. If they were to add MM matchmakers everywhere In destiny 2 Continue reading off it needs to be completely optional and maybe even add in a feature where you have to have a mic connected to use it in raids and NF, and maybe as a good player let http://hookuptime.me/b/i-love-lucy-assembly-line-episode.php team know if you are going to turn it Why No Matchmaking For Weekly Strikes Destiny and that you know what to do.

Obviously if you are new to a game mode you keep that MF on so you can ask questions. Secondly Future raids need to take a little less time, be complex but doable in less then 3hrs.

Destiny 2 - Solo The Arms Dealer Strike

Maybe even have the ghost giving hints on how to beat bosses or solve puzzles. Do players remember how long it took the first teams to be KF raid?

I do and it turned me off to doing it like VoG did. Only difference is VoG took less time to understand than KF did at first. Again, If they add optional MM they need to make the raid challenging, complex, but doable in a shorter period of time and understandable to noobs. Hell make it where if you go in as a fireteam its harder but mm is a bit easier with hints. Hell Hell, Id like to see some soloable raids but maybe call them something different than raid with the same complexity as a raid but sited for a lone wolf - 3 players.

Its sad to see players actually get pissed off because you got something they got, you are the same level they are, or you got something they want. There should be an option for matchmaking for raids, nf's or any playlist that requires a team, rather than be forced to find one or not play it at all.

Anyone who doesn't want match making can do what they do now The ignorance is definitely strong with some of these replies. No match making for raids. I know I wouldn't want to be grouped up with random people that most likely suck. I am over the age of AGE.
